RAPIDSTRONG SMP 110 is a soil stabiliser for roads, bridges, dams and slopes that also lowers the water permeability of the soil. It is diluted in clean water and sprayed onto compacted soil to saturation. As a soil modifier it is highly resistant to soil deformation and controls erosion on slopes and shoulders.
Excellent retention capacity maintains dry CBR in wet conditions.

To deal with soil erosion on road shoulder and slope work, dilute 1 Kg in 800 Ltrs of clean water with TDS below 1000 ppm. Spray at 0.5–3 Ltrs per Sq.mtr depending on the layer. The first spray reduces water permeability by up to 98%, and a second spray seals micro cracks. Used for dam slope stabilisation, it also eliminates capillary rise. Compact the soil to the required density before spraying, and let each spray cure and dry before the next.

Prepare the soil surface — compact to required density
Dilute 1 Kg of RAPIDSTRONG SMP 110 in 800 Ltrs of clean water (TDS < 1000 ppm)
Spray diluted solution onto compacted soil surface to saturation
First spray achieves up to 98% reduction in water permeability
Apply second spray to ensure 100% penetration and sealing of micro cracks
Allow to cure and dry between spray applications
