ALSTRONG CC 153 is a concrete road coating based on acrylic, made as a penetrative top coat for roads, pavements and industrial floors. It is applied by brush, roller or low-pressure spray and soaks into the concrete surface to strengthen it. The result is an abrasion resistant road coating that also stands up to weather.

Coverage depends on surface porosity and the specification. To deal with concrete road surface wear, flood apply the first coat of this pavement protection coating and let it penetrate for 10–15 minutes. The surface should be sound, with no cracks wider than 0.3 mm. Remove excess before it dries, apply the second coat, and allow 24 hours before opening to traffic.

Clean concrete surface thoroughly — remove dust, oil, curing compound residue
Ensure surface is sound and free from cracks wider than 0.3mm
Apply ALSTRONG CC 153 by brush, roller, or low-pressure spray
First coat: flood apply and allow penetration for 10–15 minutes
Remove excess material before it dries — do not leave puddles
Apply second coat while first coat is still wet or within specified recoat time
Allow 24 hours before opening to traffic
