High early strength concrete plasticizer, IS 9103 compliant, that speeds strength gain so roads, pavements and runways return to service sooner.
High early strength concrete plasticizer for Roads, Pavements, Runways and Industrial floors — minimises curing period. Specially formulated plasticizer enabling rapid strength gain in concrete for road and pavement applications where early return to service is critical.
Figures are controlled laboratory results. Actual site performance varies with substrate, temperature, humidity, application method and workmanship — please confirm the current product datasheet before specification.
ALSTRONG CA 353 is an early strength plasticizer for road concrete, pavements, runways and industrial floors. It is added to the mixing water before the water goes onto the cement and aggregates. The concrete then gains strength rapidly, which shortens the curing period on jobs where rapid opening to traffic matters.
Rapid strength gain lets roads open to traffic sooner.
Suitable for runway and taxiway concrete needing early return to service.
Improves workability at a reduced water-cement ratio in pavement concrete.
High early strength where a repair must be back in service quickly.
Dosed into the mixing water for precast road elements.
Minimises the curing period for bridge deck concrete.
The typical dosage is 300–500 ml per 50 kg of cement, with the exact figure set by the project specification. This pavement concrete plasticizer is IS 9103 compliant and gives high early strength, workability and a reduced water-cement ratio. If you need a concrete road admixture for early opening, still apply curing compound or wet cure straight after finishing. Always verify the strength before opening to traffic.
Armstrong Chemicals supplies ALSTRONG CA 353 to sites across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, including Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bengaluru, Kochi and Chennai.
The concrete gains strength rapidly, so roads and pavements can open to traffic sooner than with standard concrete.
As a plasticizer it improves workability while reducing the water-cement ratio of the mix.
It is formulated to minimise the curing period, which matters where early return to service is critical.
Add ALSTRONG CA 353 to concrete mix at the specified dosage
Add admixture to mixing water before adding to cement and aggregates
Mix for full duration per the batch plant or transit mixer specifications
Place concrete within the specified working time
Compact and finish to required level and texture
Apply curing compound immediately after finishing or wet cure
Accelerated strength gain allows faster opening — verify strength before opening to traffic
