RAPIDSTRONG RMC is a ready mix concrete bag product, a pre-proportioned cement concrete dry powder for site use. You add clean water, mix it with a mechanical mixer and pour or place it. Because this is dry ready mix concrete with a designed cement content, no batching is needed on site.
Work out the volume and mix only the bags you need.
Pour the mixed concrete into the hole and tamp it down.
Place and compact by tamping or vibration to remove air voids.
Finish the surface to the required level and texture.
Controlled mix design gives consistent quality from one pour to the next.
Suitable for structural and non-structural concrete, depending on mix design.
When you need concrete for small repair at home or on site, follow the water-cement ratio printed on the pack. As a small repair concrete it has controlled aggregate grading for consistent quality. Compact it to remove air voids, then water cure for a minimum of 7 days.

Cement and aggregate are already proportioned in the bag, so there is no batching to do on site.

Mix thoroughly with a mechanical mixer until smooth and homogeneous
Pour or place concrete into the prepared area
Compact by tamping or vibration to remove air voids
Finish surface to required level and texture
Water cure for minimum 7 days
