Where to use RAPIDSTRONG GROUT PCR 89: two component injection resin for concrete cracks

RAPIDSTRONG GROUT PCR 89 is a two component injection resin that reacts with water. Part A and Part B are mixed and injected under controlled pressure with a grout pump to seal and strengthen cracks in dry and water bearing concrete. It bonds to damp and wet surfaces, so it suits wet crack injection as well as dry cracks.

To inject a crack in wet concrete or a foundation, drill 12–14 mm holes on alternating sides of the crack and fix injection nozzles with quick-setting compound. This re-injectable resin gains high early strength and resists corrosion. After full curing, seal the holes with polymer cement mortar.
