ROOFEX XL is a liquid crystalline waterproofing treatment for concrete and cementitious structures. You apply it by brush, roller or spray on a pre-dampened surface. It goes deep into the concrete, diffuses over time and reacts with the cement to fill hairline cracks with crystals, which is why it can be used as a spray applied crystalline treatment.

For hairline crack seepage, apply in even coats on a pre-dampened surface, with the second coat on while the first is still damp. It is listed as breathable and self-sealing, which suits basement wall crystalline treatment. Keep the surface moist for 3–5 days after application.

Surface must be pre-dampened prior to application — do not apply on dry surfaces
Clean all surfaces thoroughly — remove dust, oil, laitance, and curing compounds

Apply second coat while first coat is still damp (green) for maximum crystalline formation
Thoroughly water cure the treated surface — this is essential for proper crystal formation
Keep surface moist for 3–5 days after application to promote crystalline growth
Do not allow the coating to dry out before water curing is complete

RAPIDSTRONG GROUT PU is an expansive, water-reactive, water-barrier polyurethane injection grout for free-flow pressure grouting. When it contacts water — including seawater and water containing slight acids or alkalies — it reacts quickly, expands into surrounding pores, cracks and narrow gaps, and polymerises within 36–48 seconds into a tough, highly adhesive solid. Non-toxic, non-pollutant, with no effect on potable water or marine life. Suitable for soil and abutment stabilisation, underground basements, retaining walls, rock areas, earth filling segments and structures exposed to waste water, industrial, chemical and sewage environments.
