WONDERSEAL PLUG XL is an instant leak plugging compound based on hydraulic cement, made for arresting active water leaks. It sets even in the presence of water and expands on setting to form a watertight seal. Use it as a leak stopper powder forced dry into a wet crack, or mix it with minimum water to a stiff putty.
Forced in dry or pressed in as putty while water is still flowing.

For a water tank leaking crack quick fix, enlarge the hole slightly if needed, press the stiff putty in firmly and hold it under pressure for 30–60 seconds. This expanding hydraulic plug sets rapidly in water. After setting, apply a permanent waterproofing coat such as ROOFCOAT FLEXI 100.

It sets even in the presence of water, so you can plug a crack while it is still leaking.
The material expands as it sets, so the plug fills the crack or hole tightly and gives a watertight seal in wet conditions.
Force it in dry for a wet leaking crack, or mix it with minimum water to a stiff putty and press it in firmly.
Identify the active leak point — enlarge the hole slightly if necessary to allow compound inside
For dry powder application: force dry WONDERSEAL PLUG XL directly into the wet leaking crack
For putty application: mix with minimum water to form a stiff putty consistency
Press the putty firmly into the crack or hole and hold under pressure for 30–60 seconds
Material sets rapidly in presence of water — hold until initial set is achieved
After setting, apply a permanent waterproofing coat over the repaired area
Follow up with ROOFCOAT FLEXI 100 or suitable membrane for long-term protection
