Where to use ARMSTRONG LBF 350: epoxy floor coating for light to medium duty

ARMSTRONG LBF 350 is an epoxy floor coating of low to medium build, made as a two-component, solvent free system. Part A and Part B are mixed in the specified ratio, allowed their induction time, then applied by squeegee or roller in a uniform film. A second coat follows once the first reaches minimum cure.

    • Food Processing Facilities

Solvent free epoxy, suitable for occupied or sensitive environments.

    • Chemical Storage Areas

Excellent chemical resistance, fully developed after 7 days at 20°C.

    • Warehouses & Distribution

Rolled or squeegeed on at 200–400 microns build.

    • Light Manufacturing Plants

Abrasion resistant coating for light to medium duty floors.

    • Workshops & Garages

Applied in coats over shot blasted or ground concrete.

    • Commercial Kitchens

Anti-slip aggregate can go on the final wet coat.

As a warehouse floor coating, it builds to 200–400 microns with excellent chemical resistance and abrasion resistance. For an anti slip epoxy floor, apply anti-slip aggregate on the final coat while it is wet. Prepare the concrete by shot blasting or grinding to CSP 2–3 and repair cracks first. Full cure takes 7 days at 20°C, and chemical resistance is fully developed only after that.

Armstrong Chemicals supplies ARMSTRONG LBF 350 to sites across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, including Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bengaluru, Kochi and Chennai.

    Why ARMSTRONG LBF 350 works

    • Solvent free epoxy

Being solvent free makes it suitable for occupied or sensitive environments such as food processing facilities.

    • Chemical and abrasion resistance

The epoxy resin film resists chemicals and abrasion, with full chemical resistance developed after 7 days at 20°C.

    • Optional anti-slip finish

Anti-slip aggregate can be broadcast onto the final coat while wet to give slip resistance where required.

    How to Use

    1

Prepare concrete surface by shot blasting or grinding to CSP 2–3

    2

Repair surface defects and cracks with epoxy repair mortar

    3

Mix Part A and Part B in specified ratio and allow induction time

    4

Apply mixed epoxy by squeegee or roller to achieve uniform film

    5

Apply second coat after first coat achieves minimum cure

    6

Apply anti-slip aggregate on final coat while wet if slip resistance required

    7

Full cure: 7 days at 20°C before chemical resistance is fully developed
