RAINPROOF FPU 404 is a heat resistant PU roof coating that comes as a single component and is cold applied, so no heating equipment is needed on site. It combines heat resistance with fibre reinforcement for demanding waterproofing work. This fibre reinforced PU coating is applied by brush or sprayer, with up to 20% water mixed in.

For metal shed roof waterproofing and other industrial roofs, coverage is 60–75 Sq.ft per Ltr per coat, and up to 20% water can be mixed in. Being a cold applied PU coating, it needs no heating equipment. Embed fibre mesh in the first coat while it is wet. Apply the second coat once the first is touch dry, a minimum of 4–6 hours, and allow a full 7-day cure before heavy rainfall or thermal loading.

Clean surface thoroughly — remove dust, grease, oil, and all loose particles
Seal all cracks with PU sealant before applying the coating

Embed Fibre Mesh in first coat while wet for maximum reinforcement
Apply second coat after first coat is touch dry (minimum 4–6 hours)
