Polyurethane & Polyurea Coatings
Advanced PU/Polyurea elastomeric waterproof coatings for extreme conditions
8 ProductsRAINPROOF PU 400 is a single-component, liquid-applied polyurethane waterproofing membrane — highly elastic, cold-applied, and self-curing. Built on pure elastomeric, hydrophobic polyurethane resins with excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal and weathering resistance. Recommended for wet areas and under-tile applications in kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, terraces and walls, as well as power houses, water-retaining structures and reservoirs. (Formerly known as ROOFCOAT PU 400.)
RAINCARE PU CLEAR is a single-component, ready-to-use, transparent polyurethane blended waterproof coating. Being clear, it leaves the original appearance, colour and texture of the substrate completely unchanged — making it ideal wherever a visible protective coat would compromise aesthetics. Single-component, self-curing, cold-curing. Resistant to water, dilute acids, oils, fungi and micro-organisms. Service temperature: -20°C to +80°C. For metal, concrete, wood, asbestos, stone and plaster — for exterior vertical walls, roofs, terraces, metal and asbestos structures, and concrete or metallic floors requiring abrasion resistance.
RAINPROOF PRG 909 is a single-component, cold-applied polyurethane rubberized elastomeric grey waterproof exterior coating — self-curing, with exceptional elongation and crack-bridging across a wide temperature range. Designed by blending special polyurethane resins, rubber, and water-repellent silicon fillers with gelling agents, it forms an impervious, tough, abrasion-resistant membrane resistant to fungus, algae, salts, mild acids and alkalies. Suitable for terraces, sloped roofs, MS/ACC sheets and retaining walls. Can be applied over existing bitumen-coated surfaces.
ROOFCOAT PU 2K is a two-component, cold-applied, self-curing polyurethane-cement hybrid elastomeric waterproof membrane. Compliant with EN 1062-3 and EN 1504-2, it combines chemical bonding (polyurethane) with hydraulic bonding (Portland cement) to deliver 5-bar water resistance, NIL chloride permeability (ASTM C 1202), and 150% elongation. Recommended for under-tile wet areas, water-retaining structures and infrastructure concrete protection.
RAINPROOF PWR 690 is a two-component, 100% solids, fast-setting hybrid polyurea-polyurethane aliphatic waterproofing coating for extreme climatic conditions. Aliphatic chemistry delivers inherent UV stability without yellowing; 100% solids means every millimetre applied stays in the cured membrane — forming a seamless, elastic thick-film waterproof layer with >700% elongation, >30 MPa tensile strength and documented durability of up to 30 years at 1.2–2.0mm DFT. Complies with ASTM C-1250, D-2196, D-1475 and D-570. CPWD and government infrastructure approved.
RAINPROOF PHW 600 is a two-component, 100% solids, Zero-VOC, rapid-setting hybrid polyurea aliphatic waterproof coating — the only Zero-VOC hybrid polyurea in the Armstrong range. Spray-applied by heated plural-component equipment, it develops full membrane thickness in a single pass with >510% elongation and walkable performance in 10 minutes. Compliant with ASTM D 412, D 4060 and G 154. Requires ROOFBOND PRIMER 601/602.
Single component cold applied heat resistance fibre reinforced polyurethane waterproofing Ultra coating. Advanced single component system combining heat resistance with fibre reinforcement for demanding waterproofing applications including industrial terraces and metal surfaces.
RAINPROOF PHB 660 is a two-component, 100% solids, solvent-free, rapid-setting hybrid polyurea/polyurethane aliphatic waterproofing coating with a 5–10 second gel time and 2-minute walkability — the fastest return-to-service in the Armstrong hybrid polyurea range. Light Grey finish. CPWD approved. 14.7 MPa tensile strength with excellent thermal, UV, chemical and weather resistance. Compliant with ASTM C-1250, D-2196, D-1475 and ASTM D 570.
