RAPIDSTRONG GROUT AG PRIDE is a polyester anchor grout supplied in two parts. You mix Part A and Part B until homogeneous, pour or inject the resin into a drilled and cleaned hole, and insert the bolt or bar immediately. It is free flowing and non-expansive, and gains strength rapidly for early load transfer.
Poured or injected into the hole before the bolt goes in.
Rapid strength gain allows early load transfer to the fixing.
Insert the bar immediately and support it until initial set.
Free flowing resin for rock bolt holes in tunnels and mines.
Allow full curing before applying design loads.
Chemical and corrosion resistant fixing for equipment.
For rock bolt resin work in mines or bar fixing on site, estimate quantity from the hole volume: 1 kg covers 500 ml. The resin is chemical resistant and corrosion resistant. As a two part resin anchor it needs clean holes, so blow out dust and debris with compressed air and keep them free of grease and oil. Hold or support the anchor until initial set, and allow full curing before applying design loads.
Armstrong Chemicals supplies RAPIDSTRONG GROUT AG PRIDE to sites across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, including Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bengaluru, Kochi and Chennai.
The two parts are mixed until homogeneous and harden into a high strength anchor around the bolt or bar.
Strength builds quickly, which allows early load transfer and a quick return to service after installation.
It flows into the hole when poured or injected, and it does not expand as it hardens.
Drill holes to required depth and diameter — ensure no grease or oil contamination
Clean drilled holes with compressed air to remove all dust and debris
Mix Part A and Part B as per the specified ratio until homogeneous
Pour or inject mixed resin into the prepared hole
Insert the anchor, bolt, or reinforcement bar immediately
Hold or support in position until initial set is achieved
Allow full curing before applying design loads — check ASTM test data for timing

RAPIDSTRONG GROUT EP 403 is a two-component, low-viscosity, free-flow epoxy resin grout compliant with ASTM-C-881-78, designed for filling gaps between industrial machinery base plates and concrete or steel substrates under mobile, reciprocating and dynamic loads. Non-shrink with high compressive, tensile and flexural strength — achieving up to 91 N/mm² at 7 days. Three formulations for fine gaps (0.1–10mm), medium gaps (10–70mm) and large gaps (>70mm), with filler materials supplied by Armstrong. Resistant to oil, grease, fats, mild acids, alkalies, fresh water and seawater. Used in steel works, refineries, electroplating plants, chemical plants, turbine installations and crane rail foundations.

View DetailsROOFCRETE EP is a three-part, solvent-free structural epoxy concrete and mortar system — epoxy resin, amine hardener and silica filler, mixed with site-graded aggregates to form a high-strength epoxy repair concrete. Designed for reinstatement of distressed and defective concrete in deep section repairs: foundations, dams, spillways, bridges, runways and highways. Achieves 93 N/mm² compressive strength at 7 days, bonds to cement at 4 N/mm², and cures unaffected by humidity — suitable for both damp and dry surfaces.
