Two-component, structural grade underwater epoxy mortar for heavy load repairs, with compressive strength above 50 MPa and the ability to cure underwater.
Two Component Structural Grade High build Under Water Epoxy mortar/concrete for heavy load situations.
Figures are controlled laboratory results. Actual site performance varies with substrate, temperature, humidity, application method and workmanship — please confirm the current product datasheet before specification.
ROOFCRETE EUW is an underwater epoxy mortar of structural grade, made in two components for heavy load situations. The components are mixed on the surface, then the material is placed underwater by hand or trowel and compacted firmly against the substrate. It is a high build mortar used for underwater concrete repair on marine structures.
Mixed on the surface, then placed underwater by hand or trowel.
Structural grade, high build mortar for heavy load situations.
Compacted firmly against the substrate while underwater.
Bond strength above 3 MPa to the repaired substrate.
Cures underwater, with 48–72 hrs allowed after placement.
For anyone asking how to repair concrete underwater, the stated figures are compressive strength above 50 MPa and bond strength above 3 MPa. This marine epoxy mortar can cure underwater. After placing and compacting, allow 48–72 hrs of underwater cure.
Armstrong Chemicals supplies ROOFCRETE EUW to sites across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, including Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bengaluru, Kochi and Chennai.
Underwater cure is possible, so the repair hardens where it is placed, below the water.
Compressive strength above 50 MPa makes it suitable for heavy load situations, in line with its structural grade.
Bond strength above 3 MPa holds the mortar to the substrate once it is compacted firmly in place.
Mix components on surface before placement
Place material underwater by hand or trowel
Compact firmly against substrate
Allow 48–72 hrs underwater cure

RAPIDSTRONG GROUT EP 403 is a two-component, low-viscosity, free-flow epoxy resin grout compliant with ASTM-C-881-78, designed for filling gaps between industrial machinery base plates and concrete or steel substrates under mobile, reciprocating and dynamic loads. Non-shrink with high compressive, tensile and flexural strength — achieving up to 91 N/mm² at 7 days. Three formulations for fine gaps (0.1–10mm), medium gaps (10–70mm) and large gaps (>70mm), with filler materials supplied by Armstrong. Resistant to oil, grease, fats, mild acids, alkalies, fresh water and seawater. Used in steel works, refineries, electroplating plants, chemical plants, turbine installations and crane rail foundations.
View DetailsROOFCRETE EP is a three-part, solvent-free structural epoxy concrete and mortar system — epoxy resin, amine hardener and silica filler, mixed with site-graded aggregates to form a high-strength epoxy repair concrete. Designed for reinstatement of distressed and defective concrete in deep section repairs: foundations, dams, spillways, bridges, runways and highways. Achieves 93 N/mm² compressive strength at 7 days, bonds to cement at 4 N/mm², and cures unaffected by humidity — suitable for both damp and dry surfaces.
