13 ProductsRAPIDSTRONG GROUT EP 403 is a two-component, low-viscosity, free-flow epoxy resin grout compliant with ASTM-C-881-78, designed for filling gaps between industrial machinery base plates and concrete or steel substrates under mobile, reciprocating and dynamic loads. Non-shrink with high compressive, tensile and flexural strength — achieving up to 91 N/mm² at 7 days. Three formulations for fine gaps (0.1–10mm), medium gaps (10–70mm) and large gaps (>70mm), with filler materials supplied by Armstrong. Resistant to oil, grease, fats, mild acids, alkalies, fresh water and seawater. Used in steel works, refineries, electroplating plants, chemical plants, turbine installations and crane rail foundations.

ROOFCRETE EP is a three-part, solvent-free structural epoxy concrete and mortar system — epoxy resin, amine hardener and silica filler, mixed with site-graded aggregates to form a high-strength epoxy repair concrete. Designed for reinstatement of distressed and defective concrete in deep section repairs: foundations, dams, spillways, bridges, runways and highways. Achieves 93 N/mm² compressive strength at 7 days, bonds to cement at 4 N/mm², and cures unaffected by humidity — suitable for both damp and dry surfaces.

RAPIDSTRONG GROUT ADMIX is a non-shrink, free-flow, high-strength grout admixture supplied as a dry powder for site-batch cement grouts. Complies with BS 8110 Part 1:1985 Section 8.9.4.6, chloride-free to BS 5075. A single 250g addition per 50 kg of cement acts as both a plasticiser and a gas-producing expansion medium — providing 1–4% controlled positive expansion (ASTM C827) that counteracts shrinkage and settlement. Suitable for duct grouting, crack and honeycomb filling, void filling and pressure grouting of prestressed and reinforced concrete.
Non-Shrink, Expansive Free Flow, High strength Polymer Based Grout Additive. Complies with BS 1881 Part 116:1983. Provides controlled expansion to compensate for shrinkage, high early strength, excellent flowability for complete load bearing area contact, and high bond strength for extended repair performance.
Epoxy Pourable Resin Based Bonding Agent. Follow Armstrong's advised mix and pour procedure. Complies with AS 4020:2018 and AWQC Report 32319. Excellent chemical resistance, corrosion resistant, usable in wet or underwater conditions. Non-expansive, good consistency, rapid strength gain.
RAPIDSTRONG AG is a two-component, high-strength polyester resin anchor grout for anchoring foundation bolts, reinforcement bars, machinery base plates and structural fixings into concrete or rock. When the two components are mixed, an exothermic reaction occurs — the resin cures and hardens to produce anchorage of exceptional durability and strength. Non-expansive, free-flowing, and usable in wet or underwater conditions. Achieves 70 N/mm² compressive strength in 1 day and 81 N/mm² at 7 days. Complies with ASTM-827 SNF CROC 621, BS 5080 and BS 4551.
