Where to use RAPIDSTRONG QS 113: quick setting compound for leaks and urgent repairs
RAPIDSTRONG QS 113 is a quick setting compound that also gives rapid hardening and waterproofing. You add it to a cement, mortar or concrete mix just before application, because the pot life is short. A higher dose gives a faster set, which makes it a practical fast hardening cement additive for urgent work.

For leak repair with a quick setting mortar, dose 500 ml to 2 litres per 50 kg bag of cement, going higher when you need a faster set. Packs are 1, 5, 20 and 225 kg, with a shelf life of 1 year. It also makes a nozzle fixing putty for grouting when mixed with cement. Apply immediately after mixing, then cure with water for a minimum of 3 days after initial set.

How to Use
Add RAPIDSTRONG QS 113 to cement mix at the specified dosage rate
Dosage: 500ml–2 Ltrs per 50 kg bag of cement — higher dosage for faster set
Mix with concrete or mortar just before application — pot life is short
Apply immediately after mixing to the prepared surface
For nozzle fixing in injection grouting: mix with cement to prepare putty for sealing nozzles
Hold repaired area under pressure until initial set is achieved
Cure with water after initial set — minimum 3 days
