Curing Compounds and Accelerators

ROOFPLAST SA 80 is a chloride-free, alkali-free liquid set accelerator for sprayed and emergency concrete. Complies with IS 9103-99 (< 0.1% chloride BS 5075, < 1% alkali). Delivers exceptionally high early strengths with initial set under 2 minutes and final set under 6 minutes at spray dosage. Freeze point -16°C, pH 2.5 — safe for prestressed and reinforced concrete when properly dosed. For tunnel and mine linings, rock support shotcrete, pre-cast concrete, cold-weather concreting, underwater foundations and emergency repairs.

Set accelerator Admixture for sprayed concrete, shortcrete and gunite process. Complies with IS 9103-99. Converts flowable sprayed concrete into cohesive, non-sagging consistency. Provides extremely fast setting with continuous early-age strength development.

Quick setting, rapid hardening and waterproofing compound. Complies with IS 9103-1999 and ASTM C-494 Type C. Ideal for wet mix applications where sprayed concrete converts into cohesive, non-sagging consistency. Extremely fast setting with continuous early-age strength development for thick layers.

Fast Setting - Rapid Hardening Water Resistant Admixture. Complies with IS 9103-99. Extremely fast setting coupled with continuous early-age strength development. Liquid product for easy handling. For tunnels, mining, poor ground conditions, soil stabilisation, and TBM tunnel linings.

ROOFEXCURE WB is a 100% acrylic blended, white pigmented, water-based concrete curing compound compliant with ASTM-C-309 Types 1-1D, Class B and IS 15865:2018. Applied by spray to freshly placed concrete, it forms an impervious penetrative membrane that prevents excessive water evaporation — allowing more efficient cement hydration and significantly reducing shrinkage, crazing, spalling and flaking. A single application replaces water ponding, Hessian covers and sand blanket curing entirely. The white pigmentation confirms even coverage visually on site. Compatible with paints, adhesives and resilient floor coverings. Non-toxic, non-flammable. Approved for dams, bridges, roads, reservoirs, canal linings, buildings and precast concrete.

High performance Wax Based Concrete Curing Compound. Provides maximum moisture retention on fresh concrete surfaces by forming an efficient wax film barrier. Minimises plastic shrinkage cracks, dusting, and improves surface durability for roads, slabs, and pavement applications.
