Where to use ROOFEX GP: crystalline non shrink grout for base plates and bolts

ROOFEX GP is a crystalline non shrink grout with a free flow consistency. You mix it with clean water, then pour it into voids or inject it under pressure, and it needs no vibration. Its crystallization process seals capillaries and voids, so it works as a free flow injection grout under plates and around bolts.

    • Machine base plates

Non-shrink, so the grout stays in full contact under the plate.

    • Structural grouting

Poured or injected under pressure to fill voids.

    • Column bases

Flows under the column base without any vibration.

    • Anchor bolt grouting

Free flow mix fills the space around the bolt.

    • Post-tensioning ducts

Injected under pressure to fill the duct.

To grout a machine base plate, mix with clean water to a free-flow consistency and pour or inject. Shrinkage is nil and compressive strength is above 40 MPa at 28 days. As a void filling grout, the quantity depends on void volume. Allow a minimum of 24 hrs curing.

Armstrong Chemicals supplies ROOFEX GP to sites across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, including Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bengaluru, Kochi and Chennai.

    Why ROOFEX GP works

    • Nil shrinkage

The grout does not shrink on curing, so it keeps complete contact with the surfaces it is placed against.

    • Free flow consistency

It can be poured into voids or injected under pressure without vibration to consolidate it.

    • Crystallization process

The crystallization process seals capillaries and voids, which is stated as the way the grout closes them off.
