    Concrete Admixtures

Concrete admixtures are liquids added to the mix while batching to change how concrete or mortar behaves. A waterproofing admixture goes into plaster, mortar or concrete to make it denser and less permeable to water. A plasticizer or superplasticizer for concrete lets the mix flow and pump easily with less water, and the range covers low dosage, high early strength, naphthalene based and PCE based grades. 9 Products
    1
    CONPROOF LW 200

CONPROOF LW 200 is an integral waterproofing admixture for concrete and cement mortars, containing a blend of hydrophobic particles, lignosulphonates and proprietary chemicals that contract capillaries and make concrete denser and more watertight. Compliant with IS 2645-2003 and corrosion-resistant to JIS: Z 1535 (modified). Improves workability, cohesiveness and water reduction — uniform waterproofing throughout the mix from a single liquid dose. Free from sulphates; chloride content less than 0.1%.

    2
    CONSPLAX 411 R

CONSPLAX 411 R is a chloride and sulphate-free concrete plasticizer and water reducing agent, compliant with IS 9103-1999. Formulated after extensive research, it lubricates harsh mixes, increases cohesiveness and plasticity, and reduces the water-cement ratio without loss of workability — producing completely watertight, more durable concrete. Delivers a 40% increase in durability against sulphate salts, seawater and aggressive waters. Used extensively in mass concrete works — dams, barrages, canal lining, port projects — and all concrete structures requiring improved workability.

    3
    ROOFPLAST SP 45

ROOFPLAST SP 45 is a high range early strength super plasticiser and water reducing admixture based on modified sulphonated naphthalene polymers, compliant with IS 9103-99 (Amended 2003), BS-5075 Part 3 and ASTM-C-494 Type G. It reduces water-cement ratio by 20–30% without loss of slump, producing high density, cohesive concrete with reduced permeability and improved surface finish. Provides 4–5 hours of retardation to avoid cold joints in large concrete pours. Ideal for M-30 and above, high early strength, precast, ready-mix and pumped concrete. Non-toxic, non-flammable, chloride-free.

    4
    ROOFPLAST SP 35

ROOFPLAST SP 35 is a high-performance super plasticiser and water reducing admixture based on specially formulated organic polymers, compliant with IS 9103-99. It disperses cement particles effectively in all concrete mixes, increasing ultimate strength and producing high workability and pumpability without slump loss. Delivers 40–50% early strength gain when water reduction is used, and up to 20% improvement in strength at constant slump. Chloride-free, non-flammable and safe for prestressed concrete. Approved and used across CPWD, State PWDs and major government infrastructure projects.

    5
    ROOFPLAST SP 25

ROOFPLAST SP 25 is a super plasticiser and water reducing admixture based on specially formulated organic polymers, compliant with IS 9103-99. At just 100–150g per 50kg bag of cement, it disperses cement particles uniformly and effectively — improving slump from 50mm to 148mm in workability trials, reducing bleeding and segregation, and improving pumpability and surface finish. Chloride-free, non-toxic, non-flammable and safe for prestressed concrete. Approved and used across CPWD, State PWDs and major government infrastructure projects.

    6
    ROOFPLAST PC 455

ROOFPLAST PC 455 is a next-generation chloride-free, polycarboxylic ether (PCE)-based high range water reducer and slump retention plasticiser, compliant with IS 9103-99 and AS 1478 Type WR. Ideal for high-strength, self-compacting, high-level pumping and precast/prestressed concrete — delivering superior water reduction, slump retention, high early compressive strength and resistance to shrinkage and cracking. Compatible with micro silica, GGBS and fly ash. Used in dams, bridges, runways, highways and high-rise buildings.

    7
    CONPROOF 500

CONPROOF 500 is a high-plasticizing, micronised integral liquid waterproofing compound for plastering and concrete — the most efficient and dependable waterproofing compound in the Armstrong range. Compliant with IS 2645-2003, with nil chloride content, compatible with all types of ordinary Portland cement, super sulphate and slab cement. A multi-action compound: it reduces permeability, controls water-cement ratio, prevents bleeding and segregation, and forms millions of micronised hydrophobic particles that block and coat capillary channels and voids from within.

    8
    CONPROOF No. 1

CONPROOF No. 1 is a Bureau of Indian Standards certified, ISI marked, high-power concentrated integral liquid waterproofing compound compliant with IS 2645. Added at just 100ml per 50kg bag of cement, it improves waterproofing, workability and cohesiveness of plaster and concrete mixes — reducing permeability, eliminating cracks and efflorescence, and improving bond strength between concrete and steel. Water-based, non-hazardous. For basements, roof slabs, screeds, water retaining structures, swimming pools, tanks, reservoirs, sumps, dams and canals.

    9
    CONPROOF RMC ADMIX 88

CONPROOF RMC ADMIX 88 is a high-performance, water-reducing, crack-resistant waterproofing free-flow admixture specifically designed for ready-mix concrete operations. Added to the transit mixer at site — 100ml per 50kg bag of cement, or 4.2–5 litres per standard 6m³ load — it reduces hydration cracking, improves workability and cohesiveness, eliminates efflorescence, and strengthens the bond between concrete and steel. For water retaining structures, basements, roof slabs, screeds, bathrooms and external plaster in ready-mix concrete applications.
