RAINCARE PRC 5 Layer System is a 5 layer terrace waterproofing system built from a PU blended acrylic elastomeric liquid membrane. The layers are a primer, two base coats with a fibre reinforcement mesh embedded between them, and a topcoat. It is also a heat resistant terrace waterproofing, with heat resistance up to 80°C.

If you want the complete terrace waterproofing procedure, it is primer on a clean surface, first base coat, fibre mesh, second base coat, then topcoat. This fibre mesh waterproofing system has elongation above 300%, heat resistance up to 80°C and excellent UV resistance. Apply the final topcoat after 24 hrs.

The PU blended acrylic elastomeric membrane stretches more than 300%, so it stays elastic on the terrace.
A fibre reinforcement mesh is embedded between the base coats, which gives the membrane its high strength.
The system has heat resistance up to 80°C and excellent UV resistance, for roofs open to the sun.
