Spray-applied by heated plural-component equipment, it develops full membrane thickness in a single pass with >510% elongation and walkable performance in 10 minutes. Compliant with ASTM D 412, D 4060 and G 154. Requires ROOFBOND PRIMER 601/602.

RAINPROOF PHW 600 is a zero VOC polyurea coating, a two-component, 100% solids hybrid polyurea aliphatic waterproof coating. It is spray-applied only, using heated plural-component equipment, and builds the full membrane thickness in a single pass. The coating is walkable in 10 minutes, which helps on enclosed spaces, occupied sites and green-building specifications.
Sprayed to 1.5 mm DFT in a single pass, walkable in 10 minutes.
Excellent abrasion resistance to ASTM D 4060, with an aliphatic no-yellowing finish.
Gels in 30 seconds to 2 minutes for a quick return to service.

Prime concrete with ROOFBOND PRIMER 601 and metal with 602 first.
For fast return to service waterproofing, plan on 1.5 kg/m² to reach the recommended 1.5 mm DFT. Part A and Part B are sprayed at 1:1 by volume. The cured membrane has elongation at break above 510% (ASTM D 412), tensile strength above 20 MPa and aliphatic UV stability to ASTM G 154. As a polyurea for metro and rail or highway work, it needs a primer every time: apply one coat of ROOFBOND PRIMER 601 on concrete or 602 on metal before spraying.

Built on pure elastomeric, hydrophobic polyurethane resins with excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal and weathering resistance. Recommended for wet areas and under-tile applications in kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, terraces and walls, as well as power houses, water-retaining structures and reservoirs.
