    1. Clean the concrete by grinding, wire brushing or high-pressure water jetting until free of dust, oil, grease and laitance.
    2. Rebuild hollow and damaged areas with epoxy mortar. Fill small cracks with ROOFCRETE EP and seal moving cracks with ROOFEXSEAL PU 212.
    3. Seal expansion joints and the areas around spouts and fixings. Joints are sealed, not coated over.
    4. New concrete must be at least 28 days old before priming.
    5. Prime with SHINESHIELD WP 305, one coat at a minimum of 0.15 mm, and wait 2 to 3 hours at 30°C.
    6. Mix RAINPROOF PWR 690 for 2 to 3 minutes with a low-speed mixer and apply at about 1.2 kg per sq.m. The spray polyureas are applied by trained applicators with heated plural-component equipment.
    7. Protect the membrane with a wear coat or a cement screed.

Do not apply in direct sun, in rising temperatures or just before rain. Turn the membrane up the kerbs and crash barriers.

Polyurea is 100% solids, so the thickness applied is the thickness that stays, and it cures fast into a thick, jointless, elastic film. A deck can be reopened in hours.
