RAINSEAL BXL is a bituminous crack filler blended with acrylic and supplied as a paste. You cut the crack to a V shape, clean it and press the paste in with a trowel or putty knife. It works as a ready to use crack grout on AC and GI sheets, masonry, concrete and bituminous roads.
Trowelled into cleaned cracks to seal the sheet against water.
Pressed along sheet joints where a flexible, water resistant seal is needed.
Fills V-cut cracks and bonds well to masonry and concrete.
Resists water and abrasion, so it suits cracks in bituminous roads.
Applied by putty knife to seal cracks and joints in metal sheets.
The flexible bituminous blend is trowelled in to fill the joint.
For AC sheet roof leakage or a leaking metal sheet joint, RAINSEAL BXL needs no mixing and goes on straight from the container. It gives excellent bonding, stays flexible and has excellent resistance to water and abrasion, which is why it also serves as a road crack filling compound. Force the paste firmly into the crack and level it flush with the surrounding surface.
Armstrong Chemicals supplies RAINSEAL BXL to sites across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, including Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bengaluru, Kochi and Chennai.
No mixing on site. You open the container and apply it directly with a trowel or putty knife.
The acrylic blended bitumen bonds well and stays flexible, so the sealed crack or joint is not filled with a rigid material.
Excellent resistance to water and abrasion makes it suitable for trafficked areas such as roads and platforms.
Cut cracks to V-shape profile using a grinder or crack chaser
Remove all loose particles, dust, and contamination from the crack
Clean the crack with a wire brush and blow clean
Apply RAINSEAL BXL directly from the container using a trowel or putty knife
Force the material firmly into the crack ensuring full penetration

View DetailsROOFEXSEAL PU is a low-modulus, single-component, high-performance polyurethane sealant. Once cured, it forms a tough, flexible seal capable of cyclic expansion and compression movement of 50% (±25%) of the original joint width. Virtually unaffected by rain, sunlight, snow, sleet, UV radiation, ozone, and atmospheric pollution, it retains its original properties for years of exposure.
View DetailsROOFEX-SEAL PS is a two-component polysulphide liquid polymer sealant, available in Gun Grade (non-sag) and Pour Grade (self-levelling). When mixed, the base and curing agent react to form a firm, flexible rubber-like seal with excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, wood, glass, acrylic and PVC. Capable of withstanding repeated expansion, contraction and cyclic movement without loss of adhesion — with 30% movement accommodation on butt joints, 50% on lap joints, and a stated service life of 20 years or more. Service temperature: -40°C to +80°C. Compliant with ASTM C-920-87, DIN-18549, TT-S-00227E and BS-4254-83. CPWD and government infrastructure approved.
