Sealants and Crack Fillers

WONDERSEAL XL is a high-performance, highly flexible, water-resistant acrylic latex caulking and fast-setting sealant for architectural and interior finishing applications. White, non-flammable, overpaintable and paperable — seals joints around windows, door frames, cornices, skirtings and staircases with excellent adhesion to concrete, brickwork, plaster, wood and glazed tiles. No priming required. Cures by loss of water, with a skinning time of 15–45 minutes and full cure in 3–5 days.

ROOFEXSEAL PU is a low-modulus, single-component, high-performance polyurethane sealant. Once cured, it forms a tough, flexible seal capable of cyclic expansion and compression movement of 50% (±25%) of the original joint width. Virtually unaffected by rain, sunlight, snow, sleet, UV radiation, ozone, and atmospheric pollution, it retains its original properties for years of exposure.

ROOFEX-SEAL PS is a two-component polysulphide liquid polymer sealant, available in Gun Grade (non-sag) and Pour Grade (self-levelling). When mixed, the base and curing agent react to form a firm, flexible rubber-like seal with excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, wood, glass, acrylic and PVC. Capable of withstanding repeated expansion, contraction and cyclic movement without loss of adhesion — with 30% movement accommodation on butt joints, 50% on lap joints, and a stated service life of 20 years or more. Service temperature: -40°C to +80°C. Compliant with ASTM C-920-87, DIN-18549, TT-S-00227E and BS-4254-83. CPWD and government infrastructure approved.

Polymer modified Fine Crack Filling compound in powder form. High performance cementitious crack sealer for fine cracks in concrete and masonry. Mix with water to fill hairline and fine cracks. Provides durable, flexible seal with good adhesion.

Polymer modified Silica Based Crack Filling compound in powder form. High performance silica-based formulation for filling and sealing cracks in concrete and masonry surfaces. Mix with water to achieve a durable waterproof crack fill.

Specialised primers for Polysulphide sealant applications. PS variant for Porous Surfaces, NPS variant for Non-Porous Surfaces. Must be applied before sealing with ROOFEXSEAL PS polysulphide sealant. Complies with C-920-87, DIN-18549, TT-S-00227E, BS-4254-83.

Ready to use Acrylic Blended Bituminous Cracks and Joints grout. Cut cracks to V shape, remove loose particles, clean and seal with paste. Provides excellent bonding and flexible properties. Excellent resistance to water and abrasion. Recommended for sealing cracks and joints of AC/GI Sheets, masonry, concrete, and bituminous roads.

Elastomeric bitumen sealing compound for sealing of joints, runways, roads, parking places, and platforms. High performance bituminous compound providing flexible, durable sealing for movement joints in pavements, runways, and industrial floors.

Highly flexible Expansion Joint sealing tape. Pre-formed flexible waterproofing tape for sealing expansion joints, construction joints, and movement joints in concrete structures. Excellent elongation properties accommodate structural movement without failure.
