Free flow, non-shrink cementitious grout in powder form that mixes with water on site and reaches 70 N/mm² compressive strength at 28 days, complying with ASTM C1107.
Free Flow, High strength, Non-shrink cementitious precision Grout Powder. Complies with BS 1881 Part 116:1983 and ASTM C1107. Produces gaseous expansion to compensate against shrinkage, achieves high early strength, excellent flowability for complete load bearing area contact.
Figures are controlled laboratory results. Actual site performance varies with substrate, temperature, humidity, application method and workmanship — please confirm the current product datasheet before specification.
RAPIDSTRONG GROUT POWDER (GP2) is a non shrink cementitious grout supplied as a dry powder that you mix with clean water on site. It is a free flow grout that is poured or pumped into the prepared area, giving complete contact across the load bearing area. Gaseous expansion in the mix compensates for shrinkage.
Flows under base plates for complete load bearing area contact.
Poured into formwork, then tapped to remove air pockets.
High bond strength for static and dynamic load bearings.
Pourable mix uses 3.36 litres of water per 20 kg bag.
Flowable mix uses 3.76 litres of water per 20 kg bag.
Gaseous expansion compensates for shrinkage, so the gap stays filled.
For the non shrink grout mix ratio, add 3.76 litres of clean water per 20 kg bag for flowable consistency or 3.36 litres for pourable. Mix for 2–3 minutes and place within 20 minutes at 30°C. Compressive strength is 70 N/mm² at 28 days, or 79 N/mm² with aggregate, and unrestrained expansion is 3–4%. This chloride free precision grout powder complies with BS 1881 Part 116:1983 and ASTM C1107. Water cure for a minimum of 7 days after formwork removal.
Armstrong Chemicals supplies RAPIDSTRONG GROUT POWDER (GP2) to sites across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, including Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bengaluru, Kochi and Chennai.
The mix produces gaseous expansion that compensates for shrinkage, so the grout stays in contact with the surfaces it supports.
Excellent flowability lets the grout reach the complete load bearing area when poured or pumped.
The grout achieves high early strength and reaches 70 N/mm² compressive strength at 28 days.
Calculate required volume and prepare formwork or shuttering as needed
For flowable consistency, add 3.76 litres of clean water per 20 kg bag; for pourable consistency, add 3.36 litres per 20 kg bag
Mix thoroughly for 2–3 minutes to a smooth, lump-free consistency
Place within 20 minutes of mixing at 30°C
Pour or pump grout into the prepared area ensuring full contact
Remove air pockets by tapping formwork or light vibration
Keep formwork in place until grout achieves initial set
Water cure after formwork removal for minimum 7 days

RAPIDSTRONG GROUT EP 403 is a two-component, low-viscosity, free-flow epoxy resin grout compliant with ASTM-C-881-78, designed for filling gaps between industrial machinery base plates and concrete or steel substrates under mobile, reciprocating and dynamic loads. Non-shrink with high compressive, tensile and flexural strength — achieving up to 91 N/mm² at 7 days. Three formulations for fine gaps (0.1–10mm), medium gaps (10–70mm) and large gaps (>70mm), with filler materials supplied by Armstrong. Resistant to oil, grease, fats, mild acids, alkalies, fresh water and seawater. Used in steel works, refineries, electroplating plants, chemical plants, turbine installations and crane rail foundations.

View DetailsROOFCRETE EP is a three-part, solvent-free structural epoxy concrete and mortar system — epoxy resin, amine hardener and silica filler, mixed with site-graded aggregates to form a high-strength epoxy repair concrete. Designed for reinstatement of distressed and defective concrete in deep section repairs: foundations, dams, spillways, bridges, runways and highways. Achieves 93 N/mm² compressive strength at 7 days, bonds to cement at 4 N/mm², and cures unaffected by humidity — suitable for both damp and dry surfaces.
