Two component pourable epoxy resin for fixing bolts and anchors, non-expansive with rapid strength gain and usable in wet or underwater conditions.
Epoxy Pourable Resin Based Bonding Agent. Follow Armstrong's advised mix and pour procedure. Complies with AS 4020:2018 and AWQC Report 32319. Excellent chemical resistance, corrosion resistant, usable in wet or underwater conditions. Non-expansive, good consistency, rapid strength gain.
Figures are controlled laboratory results. Actual site performance varies with substrate, temperature, humidity, application method and workmanship — please confirm the current product datasheet before specification.
ROOFBOND EPP 504 is an epoxy pourable anchoring grout, described by Armstrong as a pourable resin based bonding agent. The two parts are mixed and then poured or injected into a drilled, cleaned hole, and the bolt or fixing is inserted before the epoxy sets. It is non-expansive and can be used in wet or underwater conditions.
Poured into the drilled hole before the bolt is inserted.
Fixes base plate bolts, with rapid strength gain.
Allow the specified curing time before any load is applied.
Clean rock debris and dust from the hole before pouring.
Can be used in wet or underwater conditions.
Corrosion and chemical resistant fixing for structural steel.
For fixing bolts underwater or in wet holes, work out the hole volume first: 1 kg covers approximately 500 ml. The resin has excellent chemical resistance, is corrosion resistant and gains strength rapidly. As a non expansive epoxy it holds its volume as it hardens. Mix Part A and Part B to Armstrong's specified ratio, pour or inject, and insert the anchor immediately. Drilled holes must be free from grease, oil, concrete dust and rock debris.
Armstrong Chemicals supplies ROOFBOND EPP 504 to sites across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, including Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bengaluru, Kochi and Chennai.
The mixed resin has good consistency and is poured or injected into the prepared hole before the anchor goes in.
It does not expand during curing, so the resin holds its volume in the hole as it hardens.
Excellent chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and use in wet or underwater conditions suit fixings in harsh locations.
Drill holes to required depth and diameter for the specific anchor or fixing
Clean drilled holes thoroughly — free from grease, oil, concrete dust and rock debris
Mix Part A and Part B of ROOFBOND EPP 504 as per Armstrong's specified ratio
Pour or inject the mixed epoxy into the prepared hole
Insert anchor bolt or fixing element immediately before epoxy sets
Allow curing per the specified time before applying load
Coverage: 1 Kg covers approximately 500ml hole volume

View DetailsROOFCRETE EP is a three-part, solvent-free structural epoxy concrete and mortar system — epoxy resin, amine hardener and silica filler, mixed with site-graded aggregates to form a high-strength epoxy repair concrete. Designed for reinstatement of distressed and defective concrete in deep section repairs: foundations, dams, spillways, bridges, runways and highways. Achieves 93 N/mm² compressive strength at 7 days, bonds to cement at 4 N/mm², and cures unaffected by humidity — suitable for both damp and dry surfaces.
