    1. Chip all deteriorated and loose concrete to sound material. Clean the bars with a wire brush or emery paper and treat tight rust with ALSTRONG RC.
    2. Fix extra bars where needed, by welding or with epoxy.
    3. Coat the bars with ALSTRONG ZP PRIMER 210 or ALSTRONG AC.
    4. Apply a bond coat of ROOFBOND EP.
    5. Lay 1:2:4 polymer cement concrete with 6 mm aggregate and ROOFCRETE AR 576 at 2 litres per 50 kg cement, about 50 mm thick.
    6. Lay 1:4 polymer cement mortar with ROOFCRETE AR 576 at about 12 mm with a neat finish.
    7. Apply ROOFEXCURE WB immediately after finishing.

A structural engineer assesses load-bearing members first and decides on propping. Inject structural cracks with epoxy before rebuilding.

Polymer concrete repairs restore section and strength to corroded members, seal capillaries and resist shrinkage, while the primer and bond coat keep the steel protected and the new concrete bonded.
