Light Grey finish. CPWD approved. 14.7 MPa tensile strength with excellent thermal, UV, chemical and weather resistance. Compliant with ASTM C-1250, D-2196, D-1475 and ASTM D 570.

RAINPROOF PHB 660 is a rapid set polyurea hybrid coating, a two-component, 100% solids, solvent-free polyurea/polyurethane aliphatic waterproofing coating with a Light Grey finish. It is sprayed on with heated plural-component equipment, gels in 5–10 seconds and is walkable in 2 minutes. That makes it a CPWD approved polyurea for sites that cannot stay closed for long.
Spray-applied, and the deck is walkable 2 minutes after coating.

For quick waterproofing with minimum shutdown, the figures are these: tensile strength 14.7 MPa, elongation at break above 350% and full mechanical strength within 24–48 hours. Coverage is 23–25 sq.ft per kg per coat, and two coats are typically specified. Part I and Part II are mixed at 2:1 in the spray equipment, so this fast setting spray polyurea is for professional applicators only. It complies with ASTM C-1250, D-2196, D-1475 and ASTM D 570. Do not apply in direct sun or just before rain.

Built on pure elastomeric, hydrophobic polyurethane resins with excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal and weathering resistance.
