A polymer based grout additive mixed with cement and water to give a non-shrink, free flow, high strength grout, complying with BS 1881 Part 116:1983.
Non-Shrink, Expansive Free Flow, High strength Polymer Based Grout Additive. Complies with BS 1881 Part 116:1983. Provides controlled expansion to compensate for shrinkage, high early strength, excellent flowability for complete load bearing area contact, and high bond strength for extended repair performance.
Figures are controlled laboratory results. Actual site performance varies with substrate, temperature, humidity, application method and workmanship — please confirm the current product datasheet before specification.
RAPIDSTRONG GROUT PB 66 is a polymer grout additive for making non-shrink, expansive, free flow grout. It is mixed with cement and water to a smooth, pourable consistency, then poured or pumped into the prepared area. The result is a high early strength grout whose controlled expansion makes up for shrinkage, so it stays in full contact with the load bearing area.
High bond strength supports extended repair performance.
Flows under the plate for complete contact with the load bearing area.
Poured around foundation bolts as a non-shrink, free flow grout.
Poured or pumped into the prepared repair area without air entrapment.
Suited to pier grouting under structural and dynamic loads.
Controlled expansion keeps the grout in contact with the fixing.
When you need grout for a heavy machinery base, foundation bolt or pier, this machine base grout additive complies with BS 1881 Part 116:1983 and is chloride free. It gives controlled expansion, free flow and high bond strength. Remove loose material, oil and dust, then pre-dampen the surface so it does not draw water out of the grout. Cure the grouted surface with water for a minimum of 7 days.
Armstrong Chemicals supplies RAPIDSTRONG GROUT PB 66 to sites across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, including Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bengaluru, Kochi and Chennai.
Expansion in the plastic state makes up for shrinkage, so the grout keeps complete contact with the load bearing area.
The grout pours or pumps into the prepared area and reaches the full bearing surface under the plate.
Strength builds early and bond strength is high, which supports repairs under static and dynamic loads.
Prepare the substrate — remove loose material, oil, and dust from the area to be grouted
Pre-dampen the surface to prevent rapid absorption of water from grout
Mix RAPIDSTRONG GROUT PB 66 with cement and water per the specified mix design
Mix until a smooth, lump-free, pourable consistency is achieved
Pour or pump grout into the prepared area ensuring no air entrapment
Compact the grout by vibration if required for the specific application
Cure the grouted surface with water for a minimum of 7 days

RAPIDSTRONG GROUT EP 403 is a two-component, low-viscosity, free-flow epoxy resin grout compliant with ASTM-C-881-78, designed for filling gaps between industrial machinery base plates and concrete or steel substrates under mobile, reciprocating and dynamic loads. Non-shrink with high compressive, tensile and flexural strength — achieving up to 91 N/mm² at 7 days. Three formulations for fine gaps (0.1–10mm), medium gaps (10–70mm) and large gaps (>70mm), with filler materials supplied by Armstrong. Resistant to oil, grease, fats, mild acids, alkalies, fresh water and seawater. Used in steel works, refineries, electroplating plants, chemical plants, turbine installations and crane rail foundations.

View DetailsROOFCRETE EP is a three-part, solvent-free structural epoxy concrete and mortar system — epoxy resin, amine hardener and silica filler, mixed with site-graded aggregates to form a high-strength epoxy repair concrete. Designed for reinstatement of distressed and defective concrete in deep section repairs: foundations, dams, spillways, bridges, runways and highways. Achieves 93 N/mm² compressive strength at 7 days, bonds to cement at 4 N/mm², and cures unaffected by humidity — suitable for both damp and dry surfaces.
