Pre-packed, polymer modified and fibre reinforced non-shrink micro concrete for structural strengthening, poured or pumped into formwork with no vibration required.
High Strength, Polymer Modified Fibre Reinforced Non-shrink cementitious Micro Concrete. Advanced pre-packed dry micro concrete with polymer and fibre reinforcement for structural strengthening measures. High ultimate strength with low permeability — can be poured or pumped in restricted areas.
Figures are controlled laboratory results. Actual site performance varies with substrate, temperature, humidity, application method and workmanship — please confirm the current product datasheet before specification.
ROOFCRETE PFMC 122 is a fibre reinforced micro concrete that is also polymer modified, non-shrink and cementitious. It comes as a pre-packed dry powder that you mix with clean water, then pour or pump into formwork. As a self compacting repair concrete it needs no vibration, which helps in restricted access areas.
Polymer and fibre reinforcement for structural strengthening measures.
Poured or pumped into formwork around the repair.
Fibre reinforcement adds tensile strength and crack resistance under load.
High strength, low permeability micro concrete for bridge repairs.
Placed on a cleaned, pre-dampened substrate, then water cured.
Self-compacting, so no vibration is required in tight spaces.
For slab repair or old bridge repair, it gives high strength with low permeability, and the fibre reinforcement adds tensile strength and crack resistance. It is a crack resistant micro concrete you can pour or pump where access is restricted. Pre-dampen the substrate before placing, and water cure for a minimum of 7 days.
Armstrong Chemicals supplies ROOFCRETE PFMC 122 to sites across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, including Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bengaluru, Kochi and Chennai.
Fibres add tensile strength and crack resistance, improving the durability of structural repairs under load.
It is self-compacting and needs no vibration, so it can be poured or pumped in restricted access areas.
The non-shrink mix holds its volume as it hardens, and low permeability is a stated property of the material.
Remove all deteriorated concrete to expose sound substrate
Clean the surface — remove oil, laitance, and loose material
Pre-dampen the substrate before placing micro concrete
Mix ROOFCRETE PFMC 122 with clean water per specified water-cement ratio
Pour or pump into formwork — no vibration required due to self-compacting nature
Remove formwork after initial set and begin water curing
Cure with water for minimum 7 days for optimum strength development

RAPIDSTRONG GROUT EP 403 is a two-component, low-viscosity, free-flow epoxy resin grout compliant with ASTM-C-881-78, designed for filling gaps between industrial machinery base plates and concrete or steel substrates under mobile, reciprocating and dynamic loads. Non-shrink with high compressive, tensile and flexural strength — achieving up to 91 N/mm² at 7 days. Three formulations for fine gaps (0.1–10mm), medium gaps (10–70mm) and large gaps (>70mm), with filler materials supplied by Armstrong. Resistant to oil, grease, fats, mild acids, alkalies, fresh water and seawater. Used in steel works, refineries, electroplating plants, chemical plants, turbine installations and crane rail foundations.

View DetailsROOFCRETE EP is a three-part, solvent-free structural epoxy concrete and mortar system — epoxy resin, amine hardener and silica filler, mixed with site-graded aggregates to form a high-strength epoxy repair concrete. Designed for reinstatement of distressed and defective concrete in deep section repairs: foundations, dams, spillways, bridges, runways and highways. Achieves 93 N/mm² compressive strength at 7 days, bonds to cement at 4 N/mm², and cures unaffected by humidity — suitable for both damp and dry surfaces.
