    1. The engineer fixes the propping, the extra bars and links, the jacket thickness and the grade of micro concrete.
    2. Remove loose and delaminated concrete to a sound base and treat the existing steel.
    3. Tie new bars and anchor starter bars and dowels in drilled holes with RAPIDSTRONG AG.
    4. Set up watertight formwork with a pouring point and air vents, ready to close.
    5. Brush ROOFBOND EP onto the prepared concrete, close the formwork and pour within its overlay time of 2 to 3 hours at 30°C.
    6. Mix the micro concrete with the stated water until smooth and pour or pump it from one side without a break.
    7. Strike the formwork and water-cure for 7 days.

Retrofit the beam-column joint along with the column, or the weak point moves to the joint.

Micro concrete is a pre-packed, free-flowing, non-shrink concrete with small aggregate. It fills tight spaces around congested steel without a vibrator.
