ROOFCRETE PMC 112 is a polymer modified micro concrete, cementitious and non-shrink, for structural repairs and rehabilitation. It comes as a pre-packed dry powder. Mix it with the specified amount of clean water until smooth and pourable, then place or pump it into formwork immediately. It is used for column and pillar repair among other jobs.
Replaces weak or delaminated concrete broken out to a sound base.
Placed or pumped into formwork over a tacky bonding agent.
Self compacting, so no vibration is needed in the formwork.
Controlled expansion compensates for shrinkage in the plastic state.
Mixed smooth and lump-free, then placed immediately after mixing.
Low permeability micro concrete, water cured for 7 days.
For pillar repair or a damaged beam, it offers high strength, low permeability and controlled expansion that compensates for shrinkage and settlement in the plastic state. It is also listed for dam and hydraulic repair. No vibration is needed because the material is self compacting. Apply a bonding agent to the prepared concrete and let it become tacky before placing, then water cure for 7 days after formwork removal.
Armstrong Chemicals supplies ROOFCRETE PMC 112 to sites across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, including Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bengaluru, Kochi and Chennai.
Controlled expansion compensates for shrinkage and settlement in the plastic state, so the repair keeps its volume.
The material compacts itself without vibration, which makes placing or pumping into formwork simpler.
Low permeability is a stated property, meaning the hardened repair lets little water pass through it.
Break out all weak, deteriorated, or delaminated concrete to sound base
Apply bonding agent to prepared concrete surface and allow to become tacky
Mix ROOFCRETE PMC 112 with specified amount of clean water
Mix until smooth, pourable consistency — free of lumps
Place or pump into formwork immediately after mixing
No vibration needed — material is self compacting
Water cure for 7 days after formwork removal

RAPIDSTRONG GROUT EP 403 is a two-component, low-viscosity, free-flow epoxy resin grout compliant with ASTM-C-881-78, designed for filling gaps between industrial machinery base plates and concrete or steel substrates under mobile, reciprocating and dynamic loads. Non-shrink with high compressive, tensile and flexural strength — achieving up to 91 N/mm² at 7 days. Three formulations for fine gaps (0.1–10mm), medium gaps (10–70mm) and large gaps (>70mm), with filler materials supplied by Armstrong. Resistant to oil, grease, fats, mild acids, alkalies, fresh water and seawater. Used in steel works, refineries, electroplating plants, chemical plants, turbine installations and crane rail foundations.

View DetailsROOFCRETE EP is a three-part, solvent-free structural epoxy concrete and mortar system — epoxy resin, amine hardener and silica filler, mixed with site-graded aggregates to form a high-strength epoxy repair concrete. Designed for reinstatement of distressed and defective concrete in deep section repairs: foundations, dams, spillways, bridges, runways and highways. Achieves 93 N/mm² compressive strength at 7 days, bonds to cement at 4 N/mm², and cures unaffected by humidity — suitable for both damp and dry surfaces.
