TILEX TG S 1500 is a sanded tile grout, polymer modified and cementitious, for interior and exterior use. You mix it with clean water until it holds its shape and work it into the joints with a rubber float. It is a grout for wide joints, where the sand gives better filling and strength.
The sanded mix fills joints of 3 mm and above.
Worked into stone floor joints with a rubber float.
Remove excess before it sets hard on textured faces.
Suitable for exterior use, with improved water resistance.
Sand in the grout adds strength to the joint.
Polymer modification adds durability for demanding floors.
Where outdoor tile joints cracking is the worry, the polymer modification in this grout improves water resistance, flexibility and durability. It works as an outdoor tile grout and indoors alike. Let the adhesive cure fully first and keep the mix from getting too wet. Hold the rubber float at 45 degrees, fill every joint and allow 24–48 hours of curing before exposing the grout to water.
Armstrong Chemicals supplies TILEX TG S 1500 to sites across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, including Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bengaluru, Kochi and Chennai.
Sand in the mix gives better joint filling and strength, which is what joints of 3 mm and above need.
The polymer in the grout improves water resistance, flexibility and durability for demanding applications.
The same grout can be used on indoor floors and on external floor tiles.
Allow tile adhesive to cure fully before beginning grouting
Clean tile joints of spacers, dust, and adhesive
Mix TILEX TG S 1500 with clean water — not too wet, should hold shape
