Where to use ROOFCOAT FLEXI 100: cementitious waterproofing for terraces and wet areas

ROOFCOAT FLEXI 100 is a cementitious waterproofing coating modified with elastomeric acrylic polymer. You blend the liquid on site with cement and water and apply it as a two coat waterproofing slurry by brush or roller. It cures to a tough, flexible, hard wearing and jointless membrane that resists UV rays.

    • Flat roofs & terraces

Excellent UV resistance for exposed roof and terrace surfaces.

    • Balconies & podiums

Tough, hard wearing flexible surface in two brush or roller coats.

    • Bathrooms & wet areas

Jointless membrane with bonding strength above 1.0 MPa.

    • Water tanks (external)

Brushed on to tank surfaces in two coats, 24 hours apart.

    • Planter boxes

Resistant to moisture, salts and fungal growth.

For terrace leakage, blend 1 litre with 2 kg cement and 200 ml water. Coverage is 20–30 sq.ft per litre for 2 coats. This crack bridging coating has 120%+ elongation, tensile strength above 1.5 N/mm², bonding strength above 1.0 MPa and bridges static cracks up to 1 mm. It is listed against ASTM C836 among other ASTM standards. Apply the second coat perpendicular to the first after 24 hours, then allow 7 days curing.

Armstrong Chemicals supplies ROOFCOAT FLEXI 100 to sites across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, including Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Bengaluru, Kochi and Chennai.

The Ultimate Shield for Indian Roofs

Waterproofing that stretches, cools, and matches your style — engineered for extreme Indian heat and heavy monsoons.

    Why It Works

    Why Traditional Cement Fails

Indian temperatures swing from 20°C to 65°C on roof surfaces. Rigid cement coatings can't handle this thermal shock — they crack, delaminate, and let monsoon water seep through, causing structural damage every season.

    The Roofcoat Advantage

Roofcoat Flexi 100 is elastomeric — it stretches (120%+ elongation), bridging cracks and gaps as your roof expands and contracts. One application, years of protection.

    The Chameleon Effect

Mix Roofcoat Flexi with White Cement and any stainer to create your dream roof color — matching your building's aesthetic while staying fully waterproof.
