Where to use RAINSEAL RWC 902: rubberized waterproof coating for roofs and walls
RAINSEAL RWC 902 is a rubberized waterproof coating for exterior surfaces, supplied as a single component in black or dark grey. It is cold applied and self-curing, with elongation and crack-bridging across a wide temperature range. This high elongation roof coating is diluted with water and put on by brush or airless spray in two coats.
RCC Terraces & Sloped Roofs
Seal cracks first, then apply two coats 6–8 hours apart.
Domes & Folded Plate Roofs
Flexible membrane applied by brush or airless spray.
Stone, Brick & Wood Walls
Resistant to fungus, algae and salts on exterior walls.
Corrugated AC / Metal Sheets
Covers 50–70 sq.ft per litre per coat on metal.
Retaining Wall Exteriors
Cold-applied coating that resists salts, mild acids and alkalies.
Over Existing Bitumen Coatings

As a roof crack leakage fix it stretches to 700% elongation at break and shows no cracks up to 2 mm, with 95% tensile set recovery. Coverage is 50–60 sq.ft/litre/coat on concrete. It withstands 2000 Hrs of UV with no deterioration, serves from -20°C to +80°C and is listed against ASTM D 2823 and C-836. Use it for waterproofing over old bitumen as well. Cure for 3 days before foot traffic or water-flood testing.

How to Use
Clean surface — wire brush + water wash, remove dirt, rust, loose plaster, oils, fungus. Acid-etch first if needed.
Seal all cracks with Roofseal PS/PU sealant before coating.
Apply 1st coat of RAINSEAL RWC 902 diluted with up to 20% water, by brush or airless spray.
After 6–8 hours, apply 2nd/final coat diluted 10–20% with water.
Optional: embed fibre mesh in the first wet coat for extended warranty, then apply the 2nd coat over it.
Cure for 3 days before foot traffic or water-flood testing for leakage.
Applicable Areas
Packing & Storage
Available in 1, 5, 10 & 20 Litre packs. Shelf life of 24 months from manufacture, stored between 10°C and 30°C in original packing.
Precautions
Sprinkle water during the first coat above ~40°C. Avoid application below 10°C — it prolongs drying and curing. Store in a cool, dry place.
Cleaning of Tools
Tools and equipment clean up easily with water immediately after application — no solvents required.
