A three-part system (Part A + Part B + Part C filler powder) that is self-compacting and self-levelling — for floor and wall tiling in kitchens, cafeterias, restrooms, wash areas, swimming pools, and all interior and exterior applications where chemical resistance and permanent stain protection are required.
Figures are controlled laboratory results. Actual site performance varies with substrate, temperature, humidity, application method and workmanship — please confirm the current product datasheet before specification.
TILEX EPOXY STAIN FREE 100 is an epoxy tile grout made as a three-part system of two liquids and a filler powder. All three parts are mixed together and worked into the joints by trowel or caulking gun. It is a stain free tile grout for ceramic, vitrified, marble and stone tiles on floors and walls.
Stain-free joints with chemical resistance for kitchen floors and walls.
Used on cafeteria floor and wall tiling where stains are a concern.
Gives permanent stain protection in restrooms and wash areas.
Cover and protect from sunlight for 7 days after application.
Self-compacting, so no vibration or compaction is required.
In open areas, protect the grout from sunlight for 7 days.
Do not clean the tiles with acid cleaners before grouting.
Remove excess with a grout float and leave no grout on tile faces.
Colour-fast, stain-free grout for marble and stone joints.
Where tile joints turning black is the complaint, this 100% epoxy grout is stain-free, colour-fast and resistant to chemicals and temperature, which is why it is used as an epoxy grout for swimming pool work. Apply when the surface is between 16°C and 32°C. Packs are 1, 5, 10, 20 and 25 kg. Mix all of Part A and Part B, then add Part C and nothing else. Start cleaning 30–40 minutes after application with clean water and a scrubber.

Apply two coats of a compatible Armstrong waterproofing product on the mother slab/wall before tiling — for example Roofcoat Flexi 100 or Rainseal BMW 250.
Fix tiles with TILEX, TILEX HI-GRIP or TILEX SUPER tile adhesive, maintaining specified joint gaps and substrate flatness.

Chemical and temperature-resistant epoxy grout built for pools, kitchens, cafeterias and continuous wet-area exposure.
Built for commercial installations that must resist physical shock, chemical attack and daily cleaning agents that destroy cement grout.
Self-compacting and self-levelling mix — no vibration or compaction. Begin cleanup 30–40 minutes after application.
Approximate sq.ft coverage per 1/5 kg unit. Add 10% for waste and spillage.
